Podcast: Are you part of a diet cult ?
I found this podcast encouraging so I wanted to share!
As a society, we were once told to go “low-fat”. Then it became “no-fat”. Now we are told fat is good for us, as long as it is “healthy fat”. It is easy to become confused, frustrated, and downright annoyed. It seems that ANY healthy eating regimen will lead to positive results. (No one is recommending we eat “food-like products” that can sit on a shelf for weeks and not decompose. But it seems we don’t need to purchase every seaweed, tropical fruit, or other expensive trend). By God’s grace, our human bodies are ADAPTABLE. Make good eating choices. Exercise daily (Just move! You don’t have to do burpees). Share a smile with a friend. After all, our body is a gift from God! 1 Corinthians 6: 19 – 20 “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”
