I started FaithfullyFit because I wanted a place for women to clear their minds, feel confident, beautiful, and no judgment. Women can come get their workout on and be challenged, learn proper form and techniques to help reach their goals.

I once didn’t have the confidence and felt invisible, embarrassed, discouraged, and clueless as to what to do in the gym. So I started doing at home workouts. And found my happy place. I would then go on to loving fitness so much I became a certified personal trainer and wanted to help other ladies find their happy place. When you look good you feel good when you feel good you feel as though you can do anything.

As women we beat ourselves up a lot. I want all the ladies out there to know I love them, I see you, and its your time. You are never too old, too overweight, or underweight to achieve all that is out there for you.
